If it wasn’t for the level requirement they could probably take down Ony at level 50 they are so good.
Pretty much my understanding Savax.
With the beta being capped at 30 and now 40, these guys have majorly twinked out their characters. I watched an SM run probably a couple weeks ago and it took them a very long time, but they did it. But they went in ridiculously prepared, something the average player probably won’t be doing.
For example, Esfand specced specifically for that run to be more effective, they had enchants, pots, engineering items, you name it. It wasn’t an easy thing for them to do, but they did it. It seems to me with them being capped, they have gotten their characters with all bis gear and are challenging themselves with harder content.
And the hunter thing I just found out. As I said in an above post, I only played one to around level 29 in Vanilla and didn’t know or remember this. But I know on my druid and warlock I would have been doing basically zero damage due to misses and resists.
Well I guess Naxx WILL be a walk in the park after all.
Just accept vanilla isn’t challenging. It’s not. You can watch server first raid kills where people are literally auto attacking and typing to each other mid fight. The only thing hard was navigating around with 1 fps, computers are better now and we all know how to play the game. Classic is not some golden goose as its made out to be.
Vanilla was never challenging. That’s what makes Classic so sad.
hunters, warriors and rogues could all wield bows and shoot.
This is something worth keeping in mind.
Whenever a “streamer beats content X levels higher” gets posted here, people act like they walked in and just downed it like it was nothing.
These aren’t feats the average player will be able to pull off in Classic, even with 1.12 game balance.
Well blizzard has shown favortism to them already so it is reasonable to think they would continue to do so. Even if you are in the camp of “well its just beta so no big deal if they show them favortism” it is a fact its happened and thus reasonable to think it could happen again.
That’s just wrong.
What does this have to do with literally anything in this thread?
- Better knowledge of stats.
- Better knowledge of gear benefits.
- Better knowledge of Class spells.
- Better knowledge of Class advantages.
- Better knowledge of the npc they are dealing with.
- Better raid communication and coordination.
- Not just 15 people (the needed amount for Nathanos vs lvl 60s in general) but 2 entire raids that eventually wiped to adds (80).
- Highly geared for level having been capped at it.
Many reasons why this is legitimate. Also 40 man lvl60 raids wiping on him? Please.
Not arguing that there are no bugs that might’ve assisted them or that numbers are perfect, but this is extremely out of line.
based on another thread of his I was just in, He’s just another anti streamer guy
Or people are sad that you won’t need to be the most hardcore tryhards on Earth to do anything in Classic.
It’s as if they’ve done the math on how powerful 60-80 bum-rushing level 40s are in comparison to a raid of 60s.
Really glad I never grouped with you.
Unless you just don’t know what ‘full’ means…well, that’s probably the case. It means 40 people, by the way.
Yea but without even debating whether his point is accurate or not. I legit do not even know what he thinks was provided as a streamer benefit here. Like is he saying some GM came in and gave all the raid members superpowers for an hour so they could kill Nathanos or?
As far as streamers go.
Learning a bit more to dislike them but at the same time even more so disliking these people freaking out about them constantly.
Dunno but it was ez at 60 with 15 man max.
Nathanos did not wipe raids of 40 60s; stop being ridiculous just because you want attention.
80 40s, several in BiS gear, taking him down isn’t all that shocking.
I see this stuff so much. Vanilla was literally the easiest most “hand it to you” MMO to ever come out when it released. It had to get past a lot of negative welcomes from the general MMO community. It basically survived on Warcraft fans love of Warcraft and complete lack of experience with MMO’s. The game was so successful because it attracted everyone besides traditional MMO fans.
Asmonbald did it
at moment rexxar is being kited and shooted…
