Issue with Nameplate cvar not saving

Thanks for the heads up Untitled. I checked for bugs regarding nameplates and I did find one from a few months ago. It actually looks like the ability to change the value with the nameplateMaxDistance command was disabled at that time. So it will always be at the default value. Sorry for the confusion Trummel and Untitled!

This may not be a bug. (In the sense that the devs deliberately disabled it.)

I recommend opening a discussion on the UI and Macro forum, or General Discussion. QA won’t treat your report as bugs if you’re reporting a behavior the developers intended, so you’ll have to ask for a feature change in those forums or using the in-game suggestion menu.

still an issue and i dont like it. plz at least change defult to 40yd. or better yet have a real menu option to change it if you didnt want people changing it with addons.
