I paid for a name change, WOW took my money, but I can’t figure out how to change my name. Suggestions?

Gotcha. This is the forum for the Classic versions, so you won’t get many Blue eyeballs here.
Best bet is probably to keep your ticket open, exit/restart the client a couple times, and make a version of this thread on the Retail forum.

In my limited experience, once the name change activates, you will be prompted for a name change the next time you log into that character. They may even appear on the character select screen with an obviously illegal name (i.e. full of numbers, capital letters, etc.)
How long ago did you buy it? Did the purchase process say that would be a wait time?

yes, log in and it will ask you to change.
