Honestly man, even on this thread and the Bug Thread about passenger seats being broken since Beta (Finally fixed this week! yay!)…which was over 150 posters. I’ve never seen a blue message once lol, so I hope I have your experience haha
It’s not perfect. I usually hedge my bets and open a ticket and hit the support forum, let them play the jump ball game of who responds first. But, the forums is in the lead for me right now.

Having the same issue. So frustrating. And getting a response from “customer support” is literally impossible.
just as a follow up here… i played like this for around 10 hours, logged into and out of my account a few times during that time.
then today when i logged in, the issue was gone
same issue here. no live chat option, can’t even call them anymore. says I have a 20 day wait time on my ticket, currently 1 week into it. not sure whats going on with blizzard support, maybe mass-vacation?
Literally know about 20 people in my server alone having this issue.
AS long as this thread is and it’s probably only about 25% of the people who are actually having this issues. Since the other 75% has lost all hope for Blizzard support lol.
But yeah as big as this issue is and the fact that it’s a SOLD SERVICE that’s causing gamebreaking issues, I’m appalled that they haven’t said anything yet.
Same issue here. It’s been 4 days now. Not really hopeful on getting a GM response, hoping that the Tuesday night reset will fix this issue as it affects ALOT of content and interaction.
I’m on day 7, so I hope you’re right, seems Last Tuesday’s patch may have been what broke it, as the issues came in after that.

Exact same problem after my name change today.
My toon name broken since Thursday last week still name issue. I am a GM of my guild so I cant recruit still. UGH…

Same. Bought one tonight. Two hours later, still shows the old name in-game, but it’s changed on the character select screen.
OMG! How is this still a bug. Blizzard really doesn’t care about this game. We are the red headed stepchild of WoW.
Experienced this bug myself. Even if you put a ticket in and get your name fixed, if the bug still keeps happening, fixing individual mistakes is just putting a very inadequate bandaid on the situation. I am extremely careful, more than I already was, naming my characters on wrath. Cause I sure as heck don’t want the same issue again. I learned my lesson
