It’s a topic that has been brought up before but is it not time to address the issue of being unable to share account information. Having invested the last 11 years on NA servers I now find myself living in Europe. Starting from scratch is painful and doing anything on NA servers is practically impossible to do anything due to the time difference.
I understand that transferring characters would be an issue from NA to EU servers but surely the achievements, mounts etc could be done. I wouldn’t even mind having to pay double monthly sub. Having to re-grind a decades worth of content is sad.
What is your thoughts? New feature for Shadowlands?
our thoughts are kind of irrelevant, when the servers have no way of communicating this information between them.
this is the first time i’ve seen someone say they can’t find people to do group content with because of their time-zone… usually the concern is latency.
People claiming latency is an issue are usually wrong. 140ms is not bad thats not even a 1/6th of a second.
The time difference however is a concern. Most guilds raid in the evening which is in the middle of the night in the EU.
As for topic goes Id love to be able to get some sort of connectivity on achievements and mounts. I miss my time lost protodrake. And in no mood to redo loremaster.
I think it is a similar problem to transfering Characters from NA to EU.
