Served in a disposable bamboo bowl over a mix of green noodles and rice.

Dumplings - mixed dried fruits & vegetables lightly sprinkled with savory herbs, steamed wrapped in an edible high-protein taro leaf. Served warm and grabbable as an easy finger food.

Sweet Buns - dipped in wild honey for a generous coating then deep-fried - warm & fluffy inside a crispy crunchy shell. good down to the last finger-licking crumble.

Black Turtle Tea - leaves hung in a special smokehouse during the curing process for a truly black tea with a distinctive flavor that doesn’t get bitter no matter how strong you brew it. Served in a Seed Cup. Formed from a special chi-infused clay impregnated with germinated seeds. Take it home, plant it, enjoy a mix of edible wild-flowers from the Wandering Isle.
