Please allow this to be used everywhere. Give players the choice to be faction neutral anywhere in the game, so they can wpvp with everyone. This was one of my absolute favorite aspects of BfA.

Getting griefed by your own faction in your own town kinda sucked.
But yeah it was definitely fun to be on the giving end of the griefing.

As long as they make it so you can’t cancel the buff in combat so you can gank your own faction without consequence, sure.

I agree, that’s one thing I never liked about it. I would say that if you use it, it should stay through death for at least an hour.
Could also just update the Censer of Eternal Agony to be useable anywhere. It wasn’t cancellable in-combat IIRC.

It’s funny because I spend a lot of time in Boralus with warmode on, and over the last few years most of the times I’ve gotten jumped were by fellow Alliance players using that damn toy. 
It was cancellable if you used the Fire-Watcher’s Oath toy. This was because before, people would use oath toy and censer to receive double currency. They then fixed it to cancel one or the other out. If you had oath on and used censer, oath would be removed. If you had censer on and used oath, censer would be removed.
