Mythic Plus and LFG are a Toxic Quagmire for players that were not established in BFA

Yes please.

When I search “+15” I don’t want to get a wall of 9s and 8s.

This.

I’d also love to be able to do Title = NOT "WTS" or similar

Wow is a social game. If you want to do content. Talk to people.

WoW is not a social game. The entire systems they have now are designed around not being social in the least bit. Social game involves you know something that makes you want to play with others, not something that makes you play with others.

WoW’s idea of social is the same idea that work is a social place. It’s a place I go, and I have to deal with people in order to accomplish something, not because I want to.

Theirs a big difference between the high ilvl heroic raiders with blue parses that you speak of, and high ilvl mythic raider with all orange parses… they are not the same breed lol.

One is a person who can press keys faster and more organized than the other?

This is a terrible idea and will kill the game. You git filtered because you’re bad and now you want to destroy the game to force people to play with you. No thanks.

I’ve done over 100 keys using LFG. It works just fine and I have met many good players who I continue to play with in future runs.

Solo queue will just allow people who pay for carries to get added into groups they don’t belong in. It removes player agency in selecting who they get to play with. It’s a terrible idea.

M0 should be queable, they are closer to similarity to heroics then they are to M+. But even then I think up to +4 could be put into a que with little issue. After that it would prob go bad. But they could make a system of unlocks that doesn’t que you for a +5 until you have timed all dungeons to +4 and so on. Trolls a griefers would be a problem but they are now too. People not knowing thier class just wouldn’t ever get past first few level of M+ so they would never ruin someone’s +15.

So basically it would be 100% doable to make a queable M+ system. You can even leave LFG so people who want to min/max runs still can.

I severely doubt it will kill the game. I’d be willing to bet that 80% of the WoW population doesn’t do 7+

“I DON’T WANT TO COMMUNICATE WITH PEOPLE ON A MASS MULTIPLAYER ONLINE GAME, PLEASE WOW I WANT TO BE ABLE TO SOLO!”

“It’s not fair that organized people group up and get ahead of me, we should force everyone to be soloist, and nerf content to my level because I’m not willing to communicate, organize my own groups, or adapt, I payed you 15$ so cater to me specifically!!! I WANT TO FEEL SPECIAL AND REWARDED WITHOUT EFFORT!!!”

“Matter of fact, make LFR m+ edition!!! where you team me up with 19 skilled AI’s to do it for me!!! YOUR ADVANCED BLIZZARD CATTERRR TOO MEEEEEE!!!”

You’re a republican aren’t you?

Id bet 80% of the WoW player base just collects tmog and mounts exclusively. That doesn’t mean you should ruin the M+ game for people that push keys with pugs because you don’t get invited. Making it a solo queue is just going to cause people to bail on you the moment they realize how bad you are, and most players are really bad at the game. LFG allows people to select who they play with. It is the best system in the game right now amd has made pugging content a bearable experience.

If you want to pug, go level up your IO. People invite those with experience.

That’s not a queue. Queue, or line, implies when it is your turn, you will get picked no matter what. Posting your info in the group finder means you could be passed up by absolutely everyone.

If you can’t do +7 as a mage, your really bad XD

Again you’re point falls flat when you say things like it’ll kill the game. No it won’t. If anything it’ll add new players because more people will be playing.

All this talk about WoW being a social game and this kind of highlights why WoW is not a social game. The bearable experience should be working through things together because you enjoy it. As I said before WoW is social like a job is, you show up hang out at the water cooler and wonder why you’re there.

I mean I never said I was great or even good. I play games to enjoy them. But if you like laughing at others because of sense of skill and command over pixels–you do you.

Also I was not a fire mage. I hate that spec.

Ice mage are just as useful in the terms of crowd control, how about making groups with synergy, that work well together? It’s not a solo thing, if the group fails its everyone’s fault.

I play prot warrior one of the lowest tiered classes for tanking this expansion, even he’s been above 10~

The LFG tab is more social than any of the queue systems. I have met many people doing keys from it that are now on my friends list that I play with regularly. I have never added or talked to a single person from any queue system in this game. After 1-2 months into an xpac the only players still queueing are the absolute bottom of the barrel trash players leveling their 10th alt. Even with a queue system, no one will be clearing keys higher than m0 using it because LFG is superior due to player agency.

The amount of disdain in this thread for other players is shocking.

WoW isn’t social at all. It’s literally a lobby game that has some players thinking it’s a social game. Just make the last plunge add a Q and just accept what’s facts the game isn’t social, probably hasn’t been social since they made leveling a cake walk.

It is for me, and for the many other players who don’t use LFD or LFG at all and play with our guilds and other people we know.

WoW is only anti-social if you choose to play it that way. If you want a social game, don’t PUG.
