while i understand the appeal of we always had a mythic mount only for raids, after the razageth experience doing this with the new one feels stupid.
If anything i was planning to raid and this mount was one of the reasons, guess what? now i have one less reason to do it now.
Mythic raiding is not appealing to me, i’m not interested in hundreds of wipes for each and every boss while most of the transmogs that drop on mythic look worse than the heroic version.
Even if all the rewards looked better on mythic, this difficulty is not appealing to me, if anything this change just pushed me away from raiding from a more casual perspective, if we can call “heroic” casual.
But yeah i forgot that blizzard makes changes based on the top 1% of players instead of the 99% yeah, i forgot about that.
It’s the prettiest mount. This is fine.
Lol drink.
i’m not wrong about that statement though, even if you disagree with the topic i’m making in question. Blizzard does make decisions based on the top players instead of the majority of players. At least on that regard i hope you agree with me
Well yea thats because thats how they balance the game is at the top end content, and no one want to watch low end content thats how they make money and popularity
its also precisely because they make changes based on the top ladder that the majority that are not on the top leave the game as well.
Ultimately even the ones that are on the top wanna play on a game that is not dead, at the end of the day if everyone leaves except the top players, it becomes a dead game… once that happens then even the top players will leave the game.
I think the majority of the players have left already… only people that are left are the addicts
thats a good point.
Though i would argue that dragonflight is way better than shadowlands and bfa, but the scars of these 2 are still bleeding on those who left and did not come back.
I’m one of those who did come back since i did quit in shadowlands, and bfa i only cared to play the nzoth patch because i like the old gods and that void dragon is the best above the normal mount out of every expansion so far
Guess the Mythic crowd was loud enough.
lmao.
Top guilds weren’t getting enough buyers.
Lmao.
BFA was alot better, there was way more people doing m+ and raids in BFA… 2 months into DF season 1 and its like BFA end of season
It was a real slap to the face.
This is honestly a slap in the face for basically everyone else last tier trying to farm the Raszageth Cosmetic skin.
Like I don’t understand why Blizzard in a way was like ‘you know that cosmetic skin we gave for Raszageth in Vaults? why don’t we gatekeep it behind Mythic raiding’
Who thinks like this? Like it’s hard enough it’s a low % drop for vaults in the first place but you decided too annoy/irriate myself who would rather get this cosmetic skin (It’s not even a mount either you don’t get a mount like you gotten gladiator skin AND the mount outside of the dragon isle) at AOTC or even lower but rather get the mount at Mythic raiding.
Razageth mount = GMOD
Sarkareth mount = Glacial Tidestorm.
You just got the random mount from end of raid 1 instead of middle of raid 2.
IT’s not even a mount it’s a literal Cosmetic skin so please get the record straight there
It’s like we had 10+ Mythic only mounts and people are still surprised this happen.
There’s tons of cosmetic in the game, it won’t make or break the game to give one time to time to mythic raiders. And no drop% will ever make it close to what mythic raiding is compared to heroic or normal.
To even waste time talking about if it’s a mount or not is just rabbles.
Meh. I got the Razageth, said neat, and never used it.
ugh, i wanna vomit even at the mention of such a quote.
Hopefully i can vomit the rest of azerite left in my body from years back
its even worse since its a skin for a situational mount… these mounts are equivalent to the bugs of AQ raid that you could only use inside the raid. Instead of raid zone, its a expansion zone.
Its not based on the top 1%. They dont care about any player. Its for the dollar ( token selling). Blizzard is like the other corporate cancers that ruin our society. Their greed will know no bound, and so they rely on corporate tactics such as FOMO or bait and switch in this case to bait subs for the patch with the mount while also expecting people to pay 800$ in tokens for a carry for a mount they expected to get much easier as was the case on ptr for its whole duration. While before they would just tell us its mythic only in advance, now their greed is on another level. So they need to bait regular, more casual players into subbing for this patch and change the drop to mythic only on the last day before launch, effectively screwing their playerbase with mental tactics. Same bait and switch tactic was used for the slimesaber at the end of systemlands.
