Mythic+ not in a good place

Imagine doing the first boss in Ruby Life Pools but every set of hailbombs there’s a 2/3 chance someone doesn’t move out of it.

it was more of 100% chance
i was probably only doing 100k because any given time i had 2-3 targets to heal max

like my entire group went flying off the sentry platform after tree boss. i had to kill the thing myself

to reiterate, lm not a disc main, im a spriest, but i alt disc for farm and heal 7-9s without any hiccup. this was genuinely the only 2 ive done where i was completely flabbergasted

    Depends entirely on what is not being interrupted, and the status of self-defences + healing.
    So; Sorry, but one interrupt being missed can absolutely wipe a party.

Under a 10 I can’t think of one that’s actually just death.

they killed m+ for dps alts. good luck finding a group now because every one wahts a carry and list your own key then good luck finding a tank or a healer within 30min. M+ is DONE. s3 was one of the most played season in mythic + and with 1 change they killed it :rofl:! well played. revert the change or make it solo queue. I dont want to play healer or tank all the time to get into keys or wait 30min to list my key. (trust me m0 is the same waiting 30min)

Mote of Blergh in Neltharus.
Molten Core in Neltharus.
Icy Bindings + AoE-on-floor in Vault.
Erratic Growth (Spelling?? Its too late for me (im EU)) on the wrong person, in AoE.
Flamedance.

There are plenty of spells that can mean a wipe.

You can heal through things, and molten core can be dispelled.

Likely kill =/= instant death.

Molten core can’t be dispelled, the add just has to be killed once it transforms before the damage gets overwhelming (Which admittedly isn’t long). Mote of Combustion can. Molten core is probably the most universally dangerous on the list though.

How did I start thinking that? Was it possible in the past?

Possibly because the elementals have a dispellable shield buff when they spawn that can be removed.

Why not add in a m+1 key, tuned as an old +5, so that the m0 crowd not ready for a 2+ has something to use to farm past the m0 lockouts? That way people can farm that a bit before they are ready to move on.

it is easy ive been timing 10s since last week. so yeah…im not a serious player. if i can time 10s without trying at all then 2s would be very easy in worse gear…

M+ isn’t harder this season … its easier.

Its just WAYYY harder getting into groups as DPS … and way harder to progress then.

My feral is 501 and I’ve stopped doing M+ on that toon because its pointless. Its almost impossible to get tanks/healers on my own keys, and there’s almost 0 chance of invite to a group as a dps.

They just should have announced season 4 M+ as the … “don’t bother pugging if ur not a healer/tank/meta” season.

My worst experience in M+ ever after doing them as my main activity for probably 15+ seasons.

Success rates are higher compared to similar keylvls (+10) in S3. The spread across all dungeons is smaller. Overall good changes and good current tuning (which could always be better).

I tried running my own groups but has zero luck. High lvls would get invited but they looked at group and left. Can’t blame them, they would have to carry 4 sub lvl 500 people.

I played Season 2, skipped Season 3, and jumped straight into M0. To add a frame of reference, I was 445 ilvl returning and LFR has a min ilvl of 460. Yes, they readjusted the numbers, but it’s nothing crazy.

I played for 2 weeks and already got KSH, which is faster than I normally would get it. Apparently +5 = S3+10 and +10 = S3+20, but I think if anything the scaling is comparatively easy. I was running +10 in full M0 gear this season which is nuts.

that’s not making your own groups. That’s inviting 3 people that don’t need to be there.
