Mythic Dungeon and Mythic+ Tuning – March 7

they’re probably increasing it knowing blizz.

Sheesh. People are doing 10s in s1 gear and we’re already sering nerfs? Highest keys are going to be in the mid-upper 20s this season.

Is it really so awful that the keyboard droolers can’t drool their way to full myth track gear?

Funny how it all comes full circle isn’t it?

Cut low keys and upset a huge chunk of people by removing learning/comfort keys.
Then have a season that dies because healing and tanking is utterly miserable to do, and your casual players don’t want to just do delves…
Then start they start working back to having 20-30 key levels of play again with nerfs like these.

Bruh it’s a few numbers changes lmao

So one of the most popular things in the game yeah

I mean, they could just make heroic an actual step to m0 instead of having it be Normal dungeon 2.0, pretty sure that would help a lot. The biggest issue is that people enter without even having a basic understanding of their class, let alone the dungeon they’re doing. Most of the dungeons are fine as they are.

lol what is something acceptable for them to work on?

I’ve only done a handful of m0s and a couple 2s and failed all but 2 because so many DPS can’t crack 600k. People just can’t play their classes very well and without people really pumping, everything just takes so long.

I’m hoping it’s just people not used to their classes and things will improve, but with the increased mob hp and damage, it’s been a rough start pugging.

“OH MY GOD THEY’RE TUNING BRAND NEW CONTENT! THIS IS HORRIBLE! STOP DOING WHAT YOU’RE BEING PAID TO DO RIGHT THIS INSTANT!”

I’ll be right there next to somebody else shouting about bugs and issues, but pointing at the balance team doing their job to then screech about an issue related to bug fixes is… Confusingly mixed messages?

I know some of these people don’t read before posting, but damn, lol.

Just did a lil 4 meadery to help a friend gear and had some 640 ilev dude doing like 20% my dmg :dracthyr_crylaugh:

You could set your watch by this, it’s so predictable.

I know where you pulled that number from

Someone must have noticed that the rate of keys being run were less than half of Season 1 lol.

i’ll be real even heroic dungeons mobs HP needs a severe nerf. they are way too HP spongey, like its not difficult, just extremely annoying to sit there and do rotations for 5 minutes on a single pack.

i even did a group in dps spec as the tank and things took literally forever to kill. my dps/tank main is ilvl 638 btw. not high for the new season but way higher then required for heroic dungeon, and with 4 dps it still took forever.

this entire season seems like they just decided to 200% hp every mob in every dungeon.

Live beta testing is so much fun isn’t it crowd?

I feel like they’ve given up on that idea and just focused solely on shoving people into keys as fast as possible.

The gear jumps from Normal to Heroic and Heroic to Mythic 0 are large enough that it was just easier to get WQ gear, and 1-2 delves done on my healer before trying to jump into 0’s.

That’s a big problem with pug M+ these days. You read posts and threads from people here talking about their “progression”, and they aren’t even talking about improving their performance, or even their gear. They’re talking about getting their score higher so they can con their way into better groups to carry them.

It’s quite sad.

Your DPS suck then.

The 2 10s I timed last night had some of my quickest boss kills, trash took around the same even though Fortified was in play.

Turns out hat knocking out the first 9 levels of M+ and pulling up the latter behind them when they did the squish was a bad idea.

If you did not do M+ last season you are basically SOL this season or rather have to suffer bad at the start. You need to be like 623 to even look at M0s

This is jus more of blizzard dancing around the issues of, the M+ squish was a mistake.

boops your nose

Yeah, but I still think that is a much more reasonable way to tackle the issue rather than making what’s supposed to be a challenging end-game pillar something so easy as LFR.

It’s the people who are wrong, and they really should be able to realize that they can improve in what they’re doing wether it is a video game, work, or anything else on life. If they can’t, by god the education system has truly failed them.
