I see this as a double bonus.
A person not wanting to bring those classes (specifically for anything +15 or under) is probably bad enough they need to ensure things are overly stacked in their favor.
I don’t want to play with bad people. So ones that blanket decline certain classes I don’t want to play with either.
Being relaxed doesn’t mean you will automatically be having fun, it kinda depends on if what you’re doing is like, you know, entertaining.

Dungeons are entertaining, they’re my favorite part of the game, or they were, before they were ruined by M+. Now I can only enjoy doing dungeons at the very start of an expansion, and then after that they are too trivial to even be run properly anymore without 1 person who overgears them just rushing through them soloing them. And my only other option is to a dungeon with a timer, a system I don’t find fun at all. There is no alternative in this game for people who have always enjoyed challenging dungeon content in WoW without a timer, M+ got rid of that and Blizzard only offers us up crumbs like Return to Kharazan or Operation: Mechagon, I wish there was more. But now it’s “do M+ or nothing” if you’ve always liked dungeon content in this game.
People just need to stop thinking they need to play meta classes/specs in low M+. You can play any class/spec, have around 20 deaths and still time a key. Won’t be a +3 but it will likely be completed in time. In a 15 or higher, I could understand people asking for the meta classes/specs, but say 13 and under, it’s not needed.
i mean, you don’t have to deal with the timer if you just want to run dungeons. you get gear and weekly chests from completion, not times.

Mythic Plus is a status symbol; a personal embellishment just to gain gear power slightly better than anyone else’s.

Never asked me my spec. Will be afk running this M+.

Don’t you need to beat the timer to be able to do a mid level key though? I want to be able to do something like BC Heroic dungeons again, that take hours to do. I hate the rushing of M+ timed content, it’s not enjoyable at all to me and it’s my only option for “challenging dungeon content” in this game anymore.
I invited a shadow priest to a +16 the other day. He did fine and the key went fine. I think most of the toxicity is at the +7-12 range. Just stay out of that.
its really funny that the most toxic people that i have ran into in M+ are people who complain about raider IO
you can literally join any rando’s key and just… not care about the timer. you don’t have to rush, especially if you have friends

I don’t have friends, I’m on the autism spectrum and it’s too difficult to make friends so it’s not really an option for me (believe me, I have tried). I miss being able to do non-timed dungeon content with a PUG.
