Chest tells me I need to run a mythic plus and return next week.
Last week I ran an 8, 9 and 10. I received loot LAST WEEK from the week prior.
Was this on a different character, Pocketbrez? Looking at recent logs for this character I see you receive Titan Residuum, a Mythic Keystone and Fangs of Intertwined Essence (which you have equipped).

Yeah…
after a wow restart, then a Battlenet AND WoW restart, and then finally a Computer > Battlenet > WoW restart was I finally able to get my chest. There were still people milling around the chest last night saying they couldn’t get the contents.
