Not sure if this has happened to other people but I just logged in to check my weekly mythic plus cache on my healer after having done a +4 Underrot last week…I open the loot and got a item level 360 piece that is warforged? wtf is this? Has this happened to anyone else this week when opening a mythic + cache? if so did blizzard fix the issue or am I just SoL?
EDIT: I received Gloves called Blood Ticked Crushers Mythic 4 Warforged item level 360. These come from Underrot, regular mythic drops 430… massive bug issue
The first step is diagnosing any issue is to try the full UI reset. It could be simply displaying 360 when it’s really 460 (I believe that’s the +4 reward).
I have never had any display issues with any loot that I have received…this is simply a bug in their game that is littered with bugs. Plain and simple. When I link this in trade chat other people should see it as 460 if this was just an UI issue for myself. But it’s not in this case. I have linked it to my friends and they saw the same thing I have seen, so this is clearly a bug issue that blizzard needs to address.
Again, I thank you for trying to help but this does not help me with the UI reset.
According to raider.io (granted, not a perfect source), the last Mythic+ that you ran was a +4 Atal’Dazar on October 27th, 2018 - which would line up well with a 360 piece. It’s not showing the +4 Underrot on this character at all. O.o
Just to be clear, confirming that they are 360 doesn’t necessarily mean that you’ll be granted a higher level or “correct” item; I don’t know offhand what their policy is when it comes to an issue with loot out of a mythic cache.
360 item level is not what a mythic +4 would get you, a regular mythic is 430 item level, a mythic +4 would net you a 450 item level piece I just looked it up, the 360 warforged is clearly a bug. And no, I ran a Mythic plus last week june 28th 2020 - July 4 2020…Why would I be making a post about an Item if it was 2 years ago?
That’s what a +4 would give you in season 4, but not what it would give in season 1. I’m wondering if maybe you ran the Underrot on another character and got confused, and also never looted the Dazar’Alor chest? It wouldn’t be the first time - heck, I’ve gotten confused like that before!
It’s certainly not my intent to insinuate any deception.
