Just happened to me in m0 ruby life pools. No crests or flightstones awarded. C’mon Bliz.
Any updates on this? I had a ticket closed saying they don’t have a workaround for it and they’re working on a resolution. This is really inconvenient for the mythic dungeon event and the drake crests can’t be farmed like the Wyrm and Aspect crests.
