Mycomancer Delve / Keep Getting Disconnected

Hello, my wife and exited Mycomancer Delve and we are on the same internet, in the same room, about 6 ft. apart. I am still online so the internet is working, she is able to log into another character no problem. She is unable to stay online with the character from the delve.

If staying logged off the affected character(s) for about 30 minutes does not correct the issue, then your wife can use the automated service here on the website to have the system relocate her character to a safer location.

Just hit CONTINUE to go to the page listing the characters. Then choose the affected character and it will automatically be moved.

Just be aware it can take a few minutes for the page to load as it has to populate a list of all the characters.


PLEASE NOTE: If she is unable to get resolution through the automated stuck character service, then she will need to submit a ticket (via link below). Be sure to have her inform them that the automated service is not working for her.
