Typical response time right now is ~48 hours, depending on the content of your ticket. Given the new issue with the auction house, it is certainly possible for that to easily be doubled.

That said, are you certain a ticket was opened and not a live chat that you navigated away from?

my ticket is about i buy a 1 month subscription on eu servers by accident all my characters on us servers is there anyway to fix that?

WHat ticket option did u do problem with purchase wouldve been the right option.

You can try using the EU Support site to try getting a refund and reapplying it to your US license, but you will otherwise need to wait on your ticket.

I was just trying to clarify if you had actually opened one (and now, if you opened it via EU or NA), or tried initiating a live chat and tabbed away from it.

It hasn’t been quite 5 days, and it also is not necessary to open another and another. I’d recommend you put time on your US license while you wait for a response on the EU gametime. You currently have 3 open tickets on this.

I can see where you tried a bit earlier in january on the US side, but those failed. Why, that I cannot say from here.

You may wish to just reach out to Billing through Live Chat, see if they can get this sorted on both sides.
