My sub has been frozen even though the founds have been taken?

I subbed 2 hours before my sub was gonna end the money has been taken out of my account but now im unsubbed can any one help me plz

Please check your account history to see if Blizzard has received your payment. Even though taken from your bank it may not have reached Blizzard yet.

Also make sure that you exited WoW and Battlenet completely and then relaunch.

If you’ve had the game or launcher active, it likely wouldn’t have updated - but checking the status in Account Management should also give you some information.
