I posted a whole separate post a few days ago to basically say the same thing. The writing is flat, and the character builds are unnatural, immature, and therefore inevitably offputting.
We all know why you really don’t like this NPC
Disliking a character is not the same as hating a character.
I dislike Faerin, Xal’atath.
I hate Thrall, Fyrak, Murrpray. Queen Ansurek
I like Baelgrim, Queen Neferess
I love Garrosh, Ga’nar and Tyrande

Stop making this thread political, go practice extremism somewhere else
I agree with some of that, disagree with some. Subjectiveness works that way.
I like the world building. I like some of the concepts…delves, follower dungeons…but dislike the way they are implemented.
The story doesn’t much appeal to me. I don’t really care for the stone dwarves or their problems. As you mentioned, lack of Horde presence is annoying, frankly.
As always, YMMV.
I don’t hate Faerin, she just sucks.
First off… a one eyed one armed person, with a shoulder mounted shield? L…o…L That shield would be absolutely useless in combat and she would be a massive liability.
You literally opened your cons list with
The words politcal agenda. You lit that fire.
And your pedantic nonsense is just that.

Advocating that certain content should not have political content is not practicing politics.
Example, I want a cake without strawberries.
You: SO YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT STRAWBERRIES HUH?
When it comes to WoW characters I think people forget that every character is a trope of some type. They all fill some type of spot in the story and their traits tend to reflect whatever role they are filling.
A minority character will step forward to help the protagonist, with their pure heart and folksy wisdom, and possibly magic. They are usually black, but may come from another oppressed minority. They step into the life of the much more privileged particular, central character and, in some way, enrich that central character’s life.
Character tropes sometimes you like them, sometimes you hate them. I don’t see tropes as political just standards that we see across entertainment.
visually black NPC
is there any other kind of black?
The kind that turn black when you look away. Search the code, they’re hiding wokeness everywhere.
I don’t disagree that this game has too much woke nonsense for me but using ‘visually’ to describe black seems redundant.
It happens when you turn away. There’s videos of it and everything.
That sir is actually a really good take. I havent played in 12 years and coming back to this bland dribble and hand holding power leveling with the time running is so frustrating. Taking away from the actual grind shows the state of gaming in 2024. Its pathetic really.
The number of people that have a problem with strong female characters on this forum is pretty wild.
Did you read?
Don’t know why this post was flagged it at least gives good reasons of what they do and don’t like without being offensive. But once again the report mafia strikes again.
Genital obsession is so the hallmark of this era.
Lets also think about the fact that Blizzard purposefully made her Black?
So what?
Would you rather they purposely make her white? I mean that’s what you seem like you want.
They should have purposefully made her half black and half white. The left half should be white, though. And then one finger from each side should also take the contralateral color.
Only then would she un-woke.
When the guy is right on 95% of his takes and was actually being objective and you still find issues with his opinion? That way of interacting is what is wrong with society.
