I play on Kel’Thuzad server and it seems all of my characters are missing as well as the server itself.
How can i fix this?
Try relogging in and outa launcher.
Just did this. Still no server. I’m able to see my other characters from other servers and have tried logging into them and logging out, still nothing.
my realm is is there but all say incompatible
Mine says the same thing all realms are incompatible.
That usualy means game client needs to be updated logging in and outa launcher should force a update.

And if that doesn’t work, try rebooting your computer.

I had someone who experienced something like this last week. Try using search to locate a character on your missing realm. If you can, log into that one and it should hopefully update the display for the realm itself.
As Darthwraith mentioned that indicates your WoW client is out of date. Just closing the client should start the update process but you may need to update your Desktop app.
The desktop app may continue to run even if you shut it down so you can manually close it in the Task Manager, but the easy way to do that is just restart your computer as Auryssa suggested.

Tried using the search feature, I am still unable to see any of my characters on that realm. Also tried running a scan & repair and still nothing.
Update: tried clearing my cache as well and I am still unable to see my server/server characters
Update 2: Did a computer reboot still nothing. Should also add that I purchased a WoW token about 10 or so minutes prior to being disconnected and my realm disappearing. Not sure if there is any relevancy there but thought i’d include it.
That shouldn’t have any relevancy, but it wouldn’t hurt to add it.

Not entirely sure what happened but, it kinda just fixed itself? Tried relogging many times and it ended up working.

Just to add a data point - I also recently bought a token from the AH and my character is now missing. I also cannot see the realm listed in the selection screen. Hopefully it just corrects itself as you mentioned, Perolick.

No, I did not file a bug report.
No, I could not find my character using the search. I just logged off for a few hours. When I logged back on, my character was not shown on my character list and the space in my top 4 warband spots was empty. However, I was able to see the character’s realm in the realm list, and once I selected the realm, I saw the character and could log in. After logging out, the character was then listed and I could put them back in their spot.
