As I was zooming in and out, the view on one of my flying mounts got changed. Instead of my mount being in the center of the screen, it is much lower down on the screen where I can barely see it. I have tried reloading the page and resetting the defaults, but nothing helps. The funny thing is with all my other mounts the view seems fine. I’m not sure what I did to mess of my view or how to get the old view back. Thank you in advance.
Try a full UI reset
OP is likely referring to the new proto drake bug. Some protos flying position got screwed up in 9.2. UI reset won’t do anything.
Yes, it is really not what it was before on proto drakes. This is really bad.
On ground is fine. But it changes drastically once in the air.
He said some mounts so i went with basic troubleshooting wasnt aware of that bug.
I would suggest adding your comments to the existing thread on the topic in the bug report forum just to consolidate the bug reporting.
My problem sounds a lot like Kyzera’s. My problem is with my red photo drake. On the ground it looks fine, but when I begin to fly the screen shifts up, so my character is at the very bottom of the screen. I would like the mount to be in the center of the screen when I’m flying. The issue doesn’t happen with my bronze or blue drake. Sounds like this might be a common bug? Maybe I just never noticed before.
Then you need to add to the bug thread in the Bug Report Forum so that your voice can be heard as well.
I added my video and more info on which proto-drakes are having the issue for me in the Bug Reports thread linked above.
This looks like what the protodrakes did back in WotLK with the flight animation. It was not fun so I stopped using that type of mount that long ago.
Thank you everyone. I will add my problem to the thread in the bug report forum. I’m glad to know it’s not just me, but also sorry to hear that other people are experiencing the same problem. Hopefully Blizzard will fix it soon.
