I would really love for the Alliance to retake Lordaeron finally, the Forsaken can have an entire quarter dedicated to them in the Silvermoon revamp. Since all the action will be revolving around that area it’d make sense for the Alliance to have a hub city near Quel’thalas.
Where are you getting this info? Was there a trailer or an article or something?
Metzen said it during the reveal at Blizzcon, that Midnight will be having us return to Quel’thalas.
I’m also hoping for a revamp of the Isle of Quel’danas.
Will we get to fly in the blood elf kingdom?
Or
Wait
I forgot
Computers are hard so Blue don’t have to figure it out. Nevermind
That will never ever happen. It hasn’t been an alliance controlled area since the day arthas slew his father. Plus, that would really negate the entirety of the undead heritage, where they form their council and start removing blight on their beloved town.
I think Silvermoon will probably be Midnight’s neutral hub because there will be an elven reunification.
Perhaps the high elves and void elves will be able to return to live in Silvermoon.
Retake? The people that lived in and owned Lordaeron never lost control of it, they just rebranded themselves as THE FORSAKEN.
The Alliance is a garbage-show that should be eradicated. What a boring, worthless faction.
High Elves, sure, but it’d make no sense to let the Void Elves back into SM.
Why though? The Forsaken are literally the citizens of Lordaeron. Why would you take their homes away from them?
reunite the scattered elven tribes
What part of that tells the lunatic pvpers that it’s going to be about faction conflict?
Also the forsaken can keep their blight far far away from Eversong forest, tyvm
Exiles have been lifted since Wrath, fwiw, which is part of why Vereesa was invited by Halduron even if Lor’themar didn’t like it. Or why her right hand elf was allowed to the Sunwell (or why Alleria herself was invited to do the pilgrimage while Lor’themar was showing the city to the shal’dorei council)
Except for the void elves, obviously since that was new in their Legion intro, but also by Dragonflight it seems like Alleria still gets limited visiting rights so who knows, maybe the non-magister void elves (there are rangers in their ranks) are considered safe enough that as long as they stay on the mainland their presence in Quel’thalas is vaguely tolerable.

Troll or not, fwiw, I would be surprised if the final resto quest for Lordaeron, when it happens, doesn’t result in a sanctuary Lordaeron/Undercity like Gilneas did (maybe they’ll build a bigger Brill in the surface ruins this time?)
That’s pretty rich considering the Horde has the biggest history of fighting amongst themselves and just being literal terrorists.
But yes, your neglected council is so much better.
I’m hoping Quel’danas gets reworked into the neutral hub, since like that’s where the Sunwell is.
Alliance wants to continue to take Horde cities is no surprise.
Lordaeron might be given back because Calia is a Alliance boot licker and Blizzard always cater to whatever Alliance players want.
Honestly, Alliance needs to stay in their lane and stop trying to take over Horde territory. Just because we’re in peaceful times it doesn’t mean you can take whatever you want from Horde.
To be entirely fair, the Horde has repeatedly shown through their history they they don’t deserve nice things.
And Alliance is out to destroy us even during peaceful times.
Alliance don’t deserve to be invited in any of the elf cities or Horde cities after Alliance and the Silver Covenant went out on a killing blood elf spree during MoP.
Chances are pretty good that the Alliance will get access to Silvermoon as a neutral hub city and the Horde will be made to share a racial capital with them because Metzen is super pro Horde and truly bringing us back baby!
Not really any need to dismantle the entire faction in one sweep. Take your time.
Lordaeron is a historical place of significance that belongs to us, you can keep your dirt mound you call Orgrimmar we care not.
You had your chance to reclaim it and you failed.
Then one of your faction leaders at the time had a babyrage fit and nuked her own capital.
History repeats itself, and shows that when given nice things y’all can’t prove you deserve them.
