As the title says, I was doing the world quest thing, and got all the components, and forged them together, checked my bag and it was there, changed out some gear with some new gear I got from a rare, went to turn in the quest to Wrathion, and no key. it’s just gone. I still have the “combine looted fragments to create a key” completed, but no key.
can this be rectified?
Same thing happened to me yesterday for what it’s worth, I just grinded out the mats again.

It looks like we have received other reports of this happening and it’s being looked into.
Comment on WoWhead indicates that the issue may be resolved by abandoning Artisan’s supplies quests. I don’t know if that is a valid workaround, but if you continue to have an issue it might be a good thing to try.

yea, I ended up just having to grind everything out again… real pain in the @$$
