Not true. They sometimes msg you in game and it’s blue text chat. I’ve had a GM contact me like that in game within the last year or 2. It’s not common, but they sometimes do it.

Hey, people say offensive things all the time in raid lfg, talking about your life shouldn’t be one considered one of those things, you are the problem for thinking there is something wrong with the way they choose to live their life.
How I normally handle those situations is I will literally mute the person so I can’t hear them.

People do, and they can get G kicked or booted from a group for it… that’s up to LFG. People like you thinking you have 100% free reign over everyone else is the problem. Clearly OP did something to make people uncomfortable and they tossed them for it.

Well yeah your relationship is weird and easy to laugh at. You can be alright sharing your girlfriend or whatever but that doesn’t mean other people have to tolerate being around you or not make jokes about it.
If this is true he’ll be chat restricted in game but there’s nothing Blizz can do about them laughing at you in disc.

I actually find it refreshing that people are willing to use skepticism about a claim. It needs to be proven first not just believed. And I do find this very unbelievable myself.
I disagree, I pug a lot from raids to M+ to qued content of all types. I have never once seen anything like this in 16 years. I’ve seen people come out to guildies and be worried (never been a problem in any guild) but usually there is simply no response because no one cares.
The only time I’ve ever seen push back is were it is talked about ad nauseam to people who don’t know them and/or don’t care. What people do in the bedroom is none of my business and I really don’t want to hear about it. That is not childish behavior. Childish behavior would be attempting to force others to accept/love/praise you because you happened to be born liking a type of genitalia.

I have worked in the legal system and as a LEO and have a pretty good grasp on moral’s and ethics. If someones life offends you so much that you can’t play with them and they aren’t harming anyone at all in anyway, including themselves or society in anyway, you are probably the problem, and by problem, I mean a person with a biases/prejudice.
Ok, so then you have no problem playing with old german WW2 name (blocked by Blizz) or the klansmen of a certain hooded group members etc. It’s all good. They just have their beliefs, they aren’t harming anyone. Plz don’t kick them from raids I guess?

You are comparing people who have an extra boyfriend or girlfriend or wife, or gay kids, or trans children, to hate groups who have attempted to exterminate or enslave entire races, ethnic and religious minority groups.
See, you can report that because it happened in game and Blizzard would have a log of it. That is if the entire situation isn’t just another “Sunday” thread…
