My friend cant find the gametime that I sent him

Hello,

I bought my friend 60 days gametime but it’s not showing up in his gifts or anything. Does anyone know how he’s supposed to redeem this? They money came out of my account and i sent it to the right person…

Just to follow up on what Kyzera has said, if it shows completed on your end with the link provided, and your friend hasn’t still received the 60 days game time, and 24 hours has passed, then submit a ticket under purchase failure.

ahhh it’s showing up as pending, it pre-authorized on my bank but hasnt cleared yet. I’m guessing this is the issue?

Once the order is marked complete it should show up shortly after for your friend, yes.

All digital purchases can take up to 24hrs to process.
