The point being, you’re using a 3rd party program that isn’t owned or monitored by Blizzard - therefore whatever is written or said is ‘in the dark’ as far as Blizzard is concerned. This really should be a red flag for anyone considering these deals in the first place.

Nobody is trolling, and honestly it’s between them and Blizzard. All they can do is appeal and appeal until they are told no more appeals by Blizzard.

Those 2 posts you linked are from 7 months ago. They do state it’s entirely at your own risk.

What’s the point of you linking them? Because they don’t state anything about being potentially being banned or something?

Why is your post flagged as inappropriate? Out of everyone, your post has been the most helpful and related to the OP. I don’t understand these Forums man…

I submitted a ticket, the current wait time is 4 days and 19 hours :frowning_face:

I’m realizing that now, but what else could i do? I felt like making a post was the only other thing I could do to hopefully get a human’s review on my issue.
It was either post about it, hoping a GM/CM would see it and look into it, and wait 5 days for an automated response. Or do nothing and wait 5 days for an automated response

That’s the thing tho, we explicitly detailed and documented our Trade in-game through in-game chat

There are no GMs on the CS Forums, and CMs don’t come here.

You are gonna have to wait however long it takes for Blizzard to review your appeal.

That is an ETA based on the longest ticket in queue - a ticket that could have been already escalated or whatever, and not really pertinent to your situation.

Yet it’s still an unsupported, at your own risk, venture. Blizzard isn’t going to step in and help if you are scammed - as clearly stated in those 2 linked posts.

Because they were attacking forum regulars - accusing them of trolling, when they were not.

Not taking your bait. Click the links I supplied which are directly from Blizzard CS regarding the subject at hand. Keep the discussion on topic, and avoid the personal attacks. As you so eloquently pointed out. There was a history. Of which I learned my lesson, and am attempting to legitimately contribute to the discussion at hand. While you seem content to be the one making troll comments now.

Ill be leaving the thread now as those links were all I wanted to share in the discussion in respects to the OP.

Edit: Keep flagging the post. You’ll notice the mods have restored it twice now… False flags are actionable too btw.

In the outside world, you go to the big house for receiving fenced goods or even being part of a money laundering scheme. No one goes into this blind.

You said yourself you succumbed to fomo, :100: not needed. Hopefully a lesson here but it seems like you want to blame blizzaed instead of being accountable for the part you played.

The ticket is to have your specific case reviewed, but your or my or anybody’s opinion other than Blizzard’s will not affect your appeal. The suggestion about feedback is to ask them to make changes going forward. A ticket doesn’t do that. Both worthwhile but different purposes.

There are no automated responses, just templated ones. Every account action is levied and reviewed by a real person.
