My characters are STILL black and textureless!

This is an issue with “old” AMD processors that supposedly no longer meet the specs for the game to run Shadowlands tech:

[AMD] Missing character textures after 9.0

This is an issue that was reported on the PTR but never fixed, and seems to have made it to live now. All skin and hair textures currently show as pitch black for characters and npcs for me. https://i.imgur.com/ajSZQrv.png
