My Character has no way of getting the legendary Cloak because I accidently abandoned "An Unwelcome Visitor"

I had just returned to the game and had accidently deleted the quest “An Unwelcome Advisor” which is the beginning quest the Alliance start for the Black Empire campaign. I have tried completely relogging in and out to see if the quest will auto accept for me but I have no Luck. I tried talking to Anduin in stormwind but he is not there, Only Turalyon is on his Throne. I have also tried checking the Adventurer’s Journal but nothing is there for me to start the quest.

I am currently stuck with no way to start the Legendary Cloak questline and I do not know what to do to receive the quest back. Any help??

For some abandoning the quest “On whispered winds” put Anduin back, for some they used Party sync to phase the keep.
