In all honesty I don’t see blizz doing anything about this. I’ve summitted a ticket in-game and posted on here about it but most likely they will just wait for Tuesday and hope it fixes itself…
I’m inclined to agree, which is very unfortunate. At least the reputation can be gotten if you have a decent alt character. However, losing out on 4 delve keys (so, potentially 4 pieces of 603 gear) is really detrimental to progress and really has the potential to impact things.

We can keep be the annoying type n just keep spamming this threat n tickets… until something happens…
Yeah its kind of a problem, this is the week the delve keys are likely most important.
Bumping for visibility still missing all my weekly stuff. Was able to pick up the Az weekly and more daily quests showed up there so will probably be able to do that one.
I was able to pick up Az too but the problem is the coffer keys did not reset, so the cache is likely to be empty (I’m not taking a chance with mine at the moment); not until I get confirmation from them one way or another or it’s right before reset (since I’m not holding my breath they will even comment on this).
Another bit of info when I click on the vault the third row does not say world stuff it stills says PVP and there are three green check marks with no pictures or explanation just three empty slots with green check marks

Facing the same issue on my paladin, my mage alt has access to weeklies, but not my main paladin.
Weeklies I’m talking about - Awakening the machine, Theatre troupe, complete x work orders for profession knowledge, The find 10 wax from disturbed earth weekly. I haven’t checked hallowfall spreading the light yet.
Some of the weeklies are “present”, like the dungeon weekly, the do 10 world quest weekly.
Missing those caches means not getting enough chances at coffer keys. This needs some attention, please.
Edit: I want to say that I got my weekly half spark from LFR, instead of the cache, not sure if this is tied in with this issue.

I think you might need to upgrade your AI package because your response didn’t remotely address my correct name, country???, or issue. I am bugged and cant access weekly content - I have gotten zero cache rewards this week.

Unfortunately, if there is one thing that has suffered obvious deterioration over the past years, it’s the GM support. I remember when you got a personalized response from a real person who genuinely cared about your issues. Now you either get a response from someone who is absolutely clueless, or some automated response. In either case, it’s not acceptable but seems to be the new norm and is tolerated to the point they get away with it.
Well they finally answered my ticket after two days, only to tell me that I’m the only one with this issue, they have no other reports of it, and even if it is a bug, they can’t do anything to remedy it. I don’t know what I was expecting, but it was certainly more than this.
"I’ve acquired two weekly caches today (Seasoned Adventurer’s Cache [ID 228361] and The General’s War Chest [ID 225572]), my first two of the week, and neither have had the stated rewards of Restored Coffer Keys or Veteran track gear. I did the quests with friends and they received the correct items. I don’t want to complete any more cache quests until I know that the issue is fixed.
Update: It appears that my main character is locked out of all weekly limited rewards. I cannot obtain any Restored Coffer Keys, Profession Knowledge, etc. Problem persists even after relogging. The only thing I did differently from my friends who are unaffected was that I logged in the moment the servers came up and they logged in about 2 min later."

Not that I believe anything a GM says at this point as they’ve proven themselves to be clueless, but this further reinforces the general consensus that this will not be addressed and we’ll simply lose a full week of progress.
At this rate, I’m convinced it won’t be fixed next weekly reset either.
