yep pretty much stating they dont care and wont be fixed by next week, next week will be 3rd week in a row we DONT get reset and they still wont do anything about it
How do we bug report in game?
Bump, same issue here; my main (a demon hunter) can’t get any keys or gear from caches, and weekly quests like the theatre aren’t resetting. Profession weekly quests aren’t resetting.
Quite frustrating.
Oh look now i have a theater troupe follower for no reason, its broken i cant do it but yet i am getting this dude

I reported 3 days ago. Finally got a GM response, can only imagine how busy they must be at the moment. Throwing my hat in the ring that my character bugged as well and most of the weekly quests I do not have access to. Hoping they find a resolution soon, and thank you support and GM’s for all your hard work!
This has finally happened to me, today, no tailoring quest, but i had my enchanting quest, cant learn treatise on either profession, no theater troupe quest , no awaken the machine. like seriously this is a huge company and i know my ticket is just going to be an automated response that this is somehow my fault, how can my character get enchanting profession quest and not tailoring, my alts are fine. FIX YOUR STUFF BLIZZARD, I BEG YOU
Yup. Bumping this thread too. Same issue. Whatever “fix” they implemented is a big no go. 20 years at this and blizz still fails at basic communication.

Wow this is happening to me. I found it strange I could not get the teather troupe weekly quest. Now that you mention it, I did not get a key from the spider’s general weekly quest. Its all bugged for me too
Edit: can confirm the “awakening the machine” and the “purple things on the ground” weekly quests from the ringing deeps zone are not showing up either.
Whats the point of playing the game if the content is not showing up?
Can anyone that got bugged before say if it fixes itself after 1 week or should I cancel my subscription?
Just did the awakening the machine quest with an alt. It did not give reptutation, but it did give it a key.
It seems this bug broke the reputation progress in the entire account.
Another update on the issue:
I joined a brawl pvp match, the “Something different” weekly quest for completing one didnt showed up on my character. So I asked people to share the quest for me, and it said in the chat box I already completed that quest.
I did not.
It seems the entire weekly reset for a lot of things did not happen on this character
happened to my hunter and did reset the following week but when searching for answers i found someone that was on 2 weeks with no reset…amount of bugs in this game id cancel but only if you have game time till next reset
I’ll wait to see if next week things go back to normal, if not, I don’t see a reason to keep playing.
No weekly quest awakening the machine on my main and no coffer keys from special assignments and my other weekly quests. My alts have no problem. My main has been bungled.
Crafting quests weeklies aren’t showing up either.
BUT, it is character specific. My alts seem ok, my main is the bugged one.
it happened again , My character is bugged, Weekly quests haven’t reset at all and neither have coffer keys Can’t do Theatre or Awakening the Machine Caractere , alts are ok
Experiencing this now. No tailoring quest. Special Assignments not unlocking on my mage but are on my alt.
I couldn’t get the weekly pvp brawl quest (something different) on ANY of my L80 toons. All fours of my L80’s had to ask for a share inside the bg as the quest was unavailable to me through ALL other means.
Quest was NOT
- In the ‘suggest content’ list
- Available ANYWHERE in Dornogal
- Available ANYWHERE inside the actual BG the quest is for
It is odd a bunch of people now have the opposite issue where the weekly are just constantly resetting.
