All we can do now is wait, since he has done all he can do for now. It’s just a matter of waiting, I miss the live chats with GM’s. I remember I lost my old phone as well several years ago and had to have a gm remove the authenticator, took less than 10 minutes. Was so convinent. Now I had to take precautions and screenshot my restore code and save to my harddrive and Email so I don’t have any issues ever again.
You also need to write down the serial number! You need both to clone the Authenticator to a new device. You can have it on as many devices as you want at one time though so you can put it on an iPad for example, in addition to your phone, if you wanted.
