My brothers account we need help asap

Days are running out on the drake. My brother has been trying to get his autheticator removed so he can get his account back.

He doesnt have the fel drake but wants to get it.

He has sent in all of his security info to prove who he is and blizzard is ghosting him. He emails and waits. All he can do.

Time is running out. We need help from someone anyone to remove his authenticator so he can fix his account.

No, it’s that there are people ahead of him that need assistance to. Tickets are answered in the order that they are received and that goes for replies as well. It’s all a matter of waiting for his turn to come up in the queue.

First of all, is he trying to send an email to an @blizzard.com address? If so, that’s not the right way to put in a support ticket.

He cant log in to submit a ticket. He is locked out. I looked over the security questions.

We have none of them.

There used to be live chat where we could talk to someone.

He feels hopless and i can see why, this is so ridiculous and convoluted… all it is is a ticket system now

When all else fails - you can still put in a generic ticket without being logged in.

Contact Support - Blizzard Support (battle.net)

Although he will still need to be able to confirm he is the account holder.

He has sent in all of it. Drivers license. Everything he could to remove the autheticator

On a ticket? Emails aren’t received. If he sent it in reply for more info - that came from a noreply address.

I just made sure it wasnt an email. He told me he made sure it was in a ticket and not an email.

He confirmed he put that in a ticket

That was his original request - I need the ticket number where he sent back the requested info - or his ID.

He said that is from an email the gm sent. He cant view the response ticket number. He just has an email from the gm with that ticket number i gave you

Yes, and he’ll need to open another ticket - referencing the first, with the requested info or an ID.

When you submit a generic ticket - it gives you a ticket number, he’ll want to write that down

The security on his account wants to send a text message to a phone he no longer has.

He told me he doesnt have the ticket number.

The self-help tools are designed to be used when you still have access.

Generic tickets don’t attach to an account till they are worked, I’d need the ticket number to find it and have a look.

As long as he is certain he replied with the requested info in a TICKET, it should be in queue.

All we can do now is wait, since he has done all he can do for now. It’s just a matter of waiting, I miss the live chats with GM’s. I remember I lost my old phone as well several years ago and had to have a gm remove the authenticator, took less than 10 minutes. Was so convinent. Now I had to take precautions and screenshot my restore code and save to my harddrive and Email so I don’t have any issues ever again.

You also need to write down the serial number! You need both to clone the Authenticator to a new device. You can have it on as many devices as you want at one time though so you can put it on an iPad for example, in addition to your phone, if you wanted.
