So is blizzard supposed to hold people’s hands or not now :confused: forums are weird.

The quest is called “unfolding” and it gives us a tangled mess. Alright, now I know that these need untangled. Oh wait! I moved some orbs and they changed color, let’s keep doing that and see what happens when they all change! World Quest Complete. They have similar mini-games on children’s pre-school apps. It’s a basic problem solving / reasonable deduction exercise.

As it has been pointed out they have similar games on pre-school apps for 4 year olds. Don’t tell me you can’t figure out something that simple

The biggest I had with this quest was just knowing what I needed to do.

As someone who has never played a game like this before I literally just blank stared the screen.

Though as soon as I watched a youtube vid of the “instructions” so to speak of the puzzle game I was able to figure it out and it’s kind of fun I guess.

Fortunately I have a soft spot for that game, so I didn’t mind playing for a while. My strategy for setting up a row of 5 never paid off (I kept getting my setup ruined by accidental matches during chain reactions) but by just ignoring the actual goal and playing as quickly as I could, the stars soon aligned by chance.

( no problem with it being changed though )

They took an old quest to get a mount, inserted it into today’s game and pretended it is new content. This, and untangle the lines is how you obtained the purple unicorn.

Man people take their world quests seriously. I personally could skip all the puzzle ones, never really did anything for me. I guess some people like the change of pace but I kind of see WQs as a chore, rather than enjoyable content.

I’ll very likely do the same thing once the rep grind is over. Until then, though, the WQs are valuable uses of my time.

Can you also hot fix avarus, ive killed him 6 times on my mining alt and ive not gotten the plan for lvl 2 osmentite ore, ive heard many people complain about this and sometimes he just fizzles and has no lootable body, samething happened to the lasher i killed it an there was no loot it made me herb the body for a grey then it disapeared.

Omg. Why nerf some things that people find hard and not nerf the mob health/damage which some people are having problems with even bringing their alts in the area.

That quest was easy to do.

I would be happy with this. I liked that quest when I did it.

They nerfed a pet battle and two puzzle quests, yet people who are struggling with mob health/damage are ignored.

This isn’t an “insane” quest. It requires a bit of strategy to get it. You don’t just match anything that matches. You need to plan multiple matches in advance to line up 2 with 1 on a space to the left or right and then 2 more above it.
