If it’s just suspended, that’s usually a change of location or something similar.
All you should have to do is change your password and you’ll be good to go.
Edit: You might want to consider adding an authenticator to your account for security. It will also greatly reduce the chance of lockouts.
Do you sign in at multiple locations or devices? Do you have an authenticator?
If you are referring to locked, try changing your password.
If you received a letter about account action:
Was the account suspended, Nerfzz, or was it temporarily locked due to a change in access? I don’t see any indication that it was suspended, but I do see a recent password reset.
As Perl and Rufflebottom mentioned usually when there is a change in access, like switching locations, computers, IPs, etc… the system may temporarily lock the account in order to verify that you are the registered user. You’ll usually get an email or other notification (depending if you signed up for SMS Protect), with means to verify your log in. Once you do that, or otherwise reset your password, you should regain access again.
If you add an Authenticator to the account that does increase the security profile for the account and the likelihood of a temporary lock is usually much lower because of it.
