All my chars, achievements, mounts, everything is gone, my account it’s empty and support is not helping.

I don’t think you can post on the forum from a character that doesn’t exist, right?
Could be launching into the wrong account like Gutgoblin suggested.

Yeah accounts cant be reset. You are launching into the wrong game account.
I’m on my correct account, I didn’t logged in since 2021. I can see this in my email. I do remember to have something like Wow1 and Wow2 accounts but I can’t find it right now. Also my chracter name was Káyrus-Illidan, if you can find it.
Perhaps you are launching the wrong game version? There are multiple versions of the game.
OG characters/retail will be on the War Within Client.
Classic Characters from 2021 will be on Cataclysm Classic client,
or the Classic Era realms on the classic era client if you opted in to stay in era instead of going to TBC (Or paid for a copy character).
Also make sure you arent on a beta or ptr client.
The last time I played it was Battle of Azeroth expansion so I think it on the war within.

Yes, that’s what you’ll need to download to play.
I have it installed, I’m playing with this Dracthyr, but i can’t find my old chars, and all my mounts, achivments etc… are gone
Blizzard doesn’t delete characters on accounts, so all of it is still there, sometimes it’s just tricky to find. You might want to try the CS forum, sometimes people there might be able to provide better information/instructions.
Damn that sucks.
Only support can help you at this point.

On this page it should list all wow accounts you have.
