hello , this is third time
so when i was asleep and woke up
i checked my pc and got my notification at email that password been reset
and then when i tried to log my second account
my second account got banned which is i cant send any ticket from that account
and this happen like 2 - 3 time
what happen with my pc ? i did tried to reinstall my windows back then but it happend again
Clearly the hacker still has your log in information that there able to change your email im also guessing you dont have a authenticator which you realy should have

If you don’t have access to the email address for the account or it has been changed you’ll select: “The email address on my Blizzard account was changed, or I don’t remember what it is.”
When you have successfully submit the ticket you’ll be directed to a page that gives you a ticket ID.
I just subscribe my second account like 2 days ago , and I cant login to that account right now because that blizz account got banned
and tried to open the email it said your account locked due suspicious activity / compromised , what I suppose to do ? I don’t even do anything wrong with my second account , yeah I don’t have authenticator on my second account yet
but this really frustrated me

They will lock your account down if they suspect that it’s been compromised to help minimalize what damage a hacker can do - not as punishment for you. Sometimes these hackers take the accounts and use them to spam chat channels with illegal services and all sorts of other ways that would get people in trouble. Blizzard will lock down an account until your computer and your e-mail have been cleared through of any troublesome software, passwords changed and everything back as it should be. Once you’ve got things secured, all you have to do is follow through with the ticketing system to prove you’re you, that you have done what is needed to secure everything and then they will get your account unlocked, and assist you in returning your characters back to where they were pre-hack. (I.E. toons stripped down, transferred to different servers, etc.)
But first and foremost, please do follow the link that Vrak provided to get the ball rolling. Things are moving a little slow with people working from home, so you want to start the process ASAP.
Vrak is unable to work on the ticket as he’s not part with team whom handle hacked accounts. He can see if it’s in, but unable to fix stuff on his end.
To emphasize an important point: the GMs who work account compromise issues work and communicate only through the ticketing system. The blue posters here (“Support Forum Agents”) are not on that team, and posting here is not the intended way to communicate with the GMs fixing your accout.

To be clear, you don’t need to log into the account to submit a ticket. The link I provided allows you to submit a ticket without that by selecting the option “The email address on my Blizzard account was changed, or I don’t remember what it is”.
An additional review of the action has been completed. We have confirmed our initial findings, and the action will not be reversed or changed.
We understand that you may still have concerns regarding the action, but we must reiterate that it was taken to address a violation of the Terms of Use and End User License Agreement , which all players accept before logging into the game.

dude i dont really know what the problem here , and i just checked my email activiity , there is unsuccesful sync that not from my location at the time my password reset / my second account got banned
and did send the ticket over and over to gm why they keep accusing me for violate the game
