i can’t post on the forums on my other chrome browser bc it says i odnt have a level ten character, even though i do. i am posting on this character rn thats level eighty.
i can post on the forums on my other google account profile but i cant post on my main google acocunt.
ive tried clearing my cache
resetting password
signing out and logging back in
and even logging in
this all only began bc i reset windows.
Have you tried on a different web browser?
If that doesn’t work, then next best option I can think off is to submit a bug report to the Website Bug Report forums.
ive considered it but im picky i like chrome and support wont help me i cant submit a request for some reason i was gettng errors before
There is an unfortunate bug where the forums essentially won’t detect your characters.
Try changing your account password and log in and out a few times. Sometimes that helps, sometimes not. It seems to resolve itself after a bit at least.

Try this just on a hunch… Log into the Armory and then pull up your character to refresh it. Then log out and back into the forums and see if that helps.
All information for the armory and forums, as well as some 3rd party sites like Wowhead, are pulled from the Blizzard side server for the Armory. Sometimes it has a hard time “catching up”. I’ve found that manually searching for a character will update it and populate the data needed for the other sites.
Along with what Cyntaria mentioned, you might also log into the game and onto the character you want to post as. Stay logged in for a few minutes and then log out. See if there refreshes stuff.
This is a persistent bug that they’ve been trying to address, but it’s very random and hard to replicate.
All the recommendations made are good. It usually clears itself up after a few login attempts for most.
