They’ve been there for more than a month.
There is a similar situation with hackers. When their tricks and tools are beginning to become obsolete, they develop new ones and drop of their old for general use. Those that pick these up used to be called “script kiddies”, wannabe hackers with no real skill of their own and probably those most easily caught. Botters probably work the same way, once tools are available for download somewhere the developers are already moving on and the users of those tools can look forward to a ban shortly.
