The passive spell ‘Doom’ in the warlock demo tree, doesnt appear to be correctly applying to mobs, when consuming demonic cores.
When testing today it seems to be applying correctly only about half of the time. The ‘doomguard on expiration’ seems to be working fine, but the actual application of ‘impending doom’ to the target doesnt land.
Edited to add: Multiple warlock spells and specs are not working correctly or fully broken.
Was coming to report this as well even though my experience was much less than half.
Out of 86 consumed cores w/o Doom on the target, it applied 5 times, so didn’t even reach 20% of the time.
*Edit
Just tried again and 15/15 eligible Doom cores proc’d on the target dummy.
Optimistically hopeful this has been fixed.
Yeah Ive been fooling around with it for about an hour and Its definitely applying on a super low chance. Which is really sucking considering demonic cores proc chance in the first place, and that doomguard is tied to it falling off. This can’t be intended.
Agreed.
Especially since the tooltip doesn’t say consuming a demonic core has a ‘chance’ to apply, it specifcally states when and that it’ll reduce Doom duration if consumed while present.
Ironically, last I checked the TWW Beta (mind you it’s been a while) it was applying correctly.
As for what got broken between and now, anyone’s guess.
Here’s hoping demo warlock spells get fixed tuesday. Otherwise Ill be benching my warlock for a while. Its not fun to play when a ton of my spells arent working as intended (or at all for some).
Hello i have issue with my demonology spec in patch 11.0.0
Pets dont do any damage in pvp. I have screens with demology spec in pvp, and my warlock with pets do damege in pvp almost like healer…
Another tuesday reset and nothing was addressed with warlocks. The above, pets doing less dmg in pvp and healthstones resetting or being used on OTHER people’s cooldowns still happening.
The sheer number of bugs this prepatch, and honestly all of dragonflight has finally made me cancel. This is insane how bad its gotten. I have no trust that the next xpac wont be a buggy mess and thats sad.
