Looking to server transfer, I have two accounts that are linked, wondering if i buy a package of 3 or 6 transfers will I only be able to use them on one account or are they available for that entire battle net ID?
They’re available for the WoW games if they are in the same BNET account.
If you have seperate BNET accounts they will not be able to use the realm transfer bundle for the other BNET account.

It sounds correct.
When you go to buy them, it doesn’t ask which “sub” account you want them on.
I’m making the assumption the other account you are talking about is attached to the one you are posting from now (my second account is called “WoW1”, I’m assuming yours is similar).
I’m making a guess based on the information at hand that you could use it on your main account or your “WoW1” account (or whatever yours is named).
