Of course! When you blanket attack a bunch of people, you should expect people will blow you off. That’s typical human behavior.
But, you’re in a crux. People don’t want you to ruin the game. It’s not on them to be “inviting” to bad ideas.

He does not care. As long as he and a few thousand others are happy, the rest of us can eff right off. He wants the game to become what EQ is now. Just a thousand or so old, sweaty, no life nerds constantly redoing the same content with a twist.

Fortunately it’s much simpler than that. We simply like the game. We don’t care that you want it different. We don’t care about your opinions on “why”. We don’t need to explain ourselves.
