Just today, was disconnected while in Molten Front.
Upon logging back in, I had to solve several captchas before being allowed to get back ingame.
Logging in the website required THREE captchas, if the system thinks one was wrong, I had to start over, each “fail” adding yet ANOTHER captcha.
What is the point of having an authenticator if multiple captchas are required regardless???
I’d be more concerned that someone might be attempting to log into your account from somewhere else.
The fact that you were kicked off is odd.
Whatever you do, do not remove that authenticator.
Perhaps consider setting up a new unique email just for battle.net and switching the associated e.ail to that new account.
Hopefully I’m just being paranoid, but that would probably be what I did first to ensure my account was indeed secure.
I even checked my acct settings, made sure autthenticator was required every time, changed password (just in case), and still have to go through these things.
Most of them are not readable, and there’s no option to listen to or refresh for another.
The disconnects are a separate issue, those have been happening since at least right before Dragon Soul opened in Classic Cat.
