Multiple accounts on 1 Bnet?

I know you can have multiple accounts on 1 Bnet main account but my questions is kinda 2 fold.

1. If you have / had TWW on one, does it count for them all ?

2. If so, does it still count if one of them is banned ?

1. No. An expansion is only applied to one wow licence. If, for example, you wanted TWW on all you wow licences you’ll need to buy it for each one.

2. Regardless if one wow licence is banned, it doesn’t release the expansion for use on another wow licence.

You would not be able to move any characters off the banned account to the new account. They are forfeited with all that account had at license level.

No, you have to buy it individually for each one.

Not sure on the second question, but I have seen people post saying a different account of theirs was banned, so maybe only the account in question is banned.
