People pay to play this game. Allowing others to simply use the weight of their wealth for an advantage is not okay.
Seems to me like people are using a scapegoat to blame for their own failures when they could just learn how to play the auction house.
And yet I made a post about Zin’anthid here on the forms and not a single person has responded to it.

I don’t like it was that blizzard allows the use of 3rd applications for advantage but they do in the case of multiboxing but not botting… figure that one out.
Multiboxing would be considered cheating in any other game.

It can be contested though. Just having multiple accounts doesn’t grant you anything. You still have to play to get anywhere.
It’s exactly that. Envy in it’s purest form. They feel like the game is set agonist them from the start. But I find these players are also the type to say things like “crafting sucks” or “you need to sell carries to make gold”.
Even when I show them videos to learn TSM and such, and even give away how I make gold in game.
They’ll say something along the lines of “Oh, that’s too much work.” or “I shouldn’t need an addon to make gold.”
It should be work, otherwise it wouldn’t be very profitable.

I think everyone morally opposed to multiboxing should band together. There’s strength in numbers. And to show Blizzard the strength of your convictions, pledge to boycott World of Warcraft until such time as Blizzard takes steps to eliminate multiboxing from the game.
At the very least, the forums will be less insufferable, until the next wave of fake outrage.

The use 3rd party applications to control a game is largely considered cheating.
There may be one or two exceptions but 99% of the time it’s cheating.

There are many mmorpg’s that you can multibox in, multiboxing being alright isn’t just a WoW thing. lol

5 accounts = 5 tokens a month = 120 USD value = 557,955g.
Zin’anthid is 33g on my server.
You can by 16,907 Zin’anthid for the cost of fiveboxing instead of paying for the accounts.
Each character has to farm 3,382 to afford a token.
How many hours does that take. How much money if time is money is wasted?

Someone should compose a list. Well, two lists, actually.
In Column A, make a list of every MMO that allows mulitboxing. In Column B, every MMO that outlaws multiboxing.
That would be an interesting list, I’d be willing to make a large bet that column B would be pretty small compared to column A.
Wow, that’s high. It’s mean price across all NA realms is 23g according to Undermine Journal. On A52, last I needed to buy some I paid 14-15g.
