As they are right now since WoD (I think), making nodes available to more than a single player was a move to alleviate the feeling of competition in the first place. A normal scenario is intended to have relatively little “competition” now. If 2-3 players gather in line of sight of each other, they are well within the ~20 seconds timer before a node disappears after being picked the first time, as intended by that system. Therefore, though I’m not in Blizzard’s head, I don’t think competition is an issue.
There is a cap, however, and a locust swarm of Druids will deplete it instantly, shoving every other human players behind their screens back to the bad old days, as if they couldn’t share that node. This is obviously a degenerate state for the system. An undesirable corner case. In fairness to other players, the other alternative could be to remove the node cap, and see if they’re comfortable with 40 Druids descending on a node so long as the lone Warrior can also get his
Ultimately, Blizzard also controls spawn rates, and can even make them dynamic relative to current zone population. They can make the number of nodes as plentiful or sparse as they want, relative to the economy they want.
Then i would suggest speaking with your wallet and not contributing to company’s that are ‘‘only out to make profit’’
That does mean you will have to make a great many sacrifices in your life, but at least your principles will be unblemished.
Quite literally what I said. I don’t have a problem with them currently that would cause me to quit. I’m simply saying people more than have a right to say they don’t like something as opposed to cowering in the corner and accepting their fate.
well, exactly.
I play my game for me. to have fun. Ive had my farming day ruined by single players numerous times…especially trying to farm Ragveil.
It happens.
And when it does, I go farm something else. I dont blame blizzard or anyone else. Theres just too much other stuff to do in the game for me to scream farming a mat.
what keeps him up at night is the fact people portray him as a devil and it ‘‘makes it hard to get dates’’. he said once, a long while ago was kinda funny.
And when you were 5 if you had stomped your feet and demanded to do what your parents said you could never do…what then?
Did you get your way?
I sure didnt.
THAT is the issue we’re having in here.
Some are literally DEMANDING to have their way even though blizzard HAS spoken on this matter very plainly.
Daddy has laid down the law…but the kid doesnt want to accept it and is on the floor kicking and screaming.
There is a definite moral negative being done by a company any company, you are aware of this moral negative but you choose to ignore it and continue contributing to their wealth while also decrying their deplorable behavoir, Hypocritical.
Sitting inside a mcdonalds as a vegan decrying the consumption of meat, while eating a salad that you bought at the mcdonalds does not give your point more credence or leverage or w/e. it just makes you look like a Karen.
lord. I live between like 5 of them and theyre all in driving distance.
3 are high $$$ areas…the other two are seriously scary to drive thru.
I went to get these shoes that were the exact style l like that literally no one carries around here, but WM had them on a clearance, so I hit ALL of them trying to grab all they had.
the one down south side of town was horrible
Someone had gone thru the shoe isles, ripping shoes out of their boxes then piled them on the floor bonfire style and left them there. It was about half of their inventory of shoes in that heap.
Ive seen roaches and bedbugs in the two stores, which grosses me out.
WM is disgusting in some places.
uh…no…they didnt.
they like playing that way. it doesnt have to be logical to you anymore than my liking the movie Nothing but Trouble has to make sense to my wife and friends who hate it.
You dont get to decide what someone else finds entertaining or fun, believe it or not.
