Multiboxing is out of control

That mage stopped replying here after I broke his hamburger robot argument.

Wonder why.

What I really don’t get is why any multiboxer would bother with Naz over other zones. In Naz you are competing with a billion people. You will make much more money by farming other zones. Multiboxer or not most of your time in naz will be spent flying around looking for nodes.

The issue will die down in time, as it always does at the end of an expansion. As much as I don’t look back at Garrisons with love, they did have one benefit - you could grow your own herbs. I liked MoP’s version, the Sunsong Ranch. There you could grow daily crops of all kinds of things you needed in your gaming to reduce the impact of farmers cleaning out all the nodes. I’d like to see a version of Sunsong back in the game.

Regarding those who say they don’t see multiboxers much - This is regarding Nazjatar. If you go there you’ll see more than 5 in a day. It depends where you go. Another spot with 2-3 constantly is Nazmir. You needto know where to look.

Multiboxing in not against the rules because Blizzard says so.

But its also not fair and everyone knows that, especially the ones saying it is.

Players are paying for an advantage over other players and they are getting it. They are paying to win and they are winning.

But Blizz says its okay.

The space between cheating and multiboxing is a distinction without a difference.

The real problem is the people that are flooding the market and crushing prices in order to get the Brutosaur mount. They are literally flattening markets to get any gold at any cost so they are destroying the gold making that would normally be available.

That of course leaves cracks open to make money from their…lack of knowledge to be nice.

Multiboxers are not the problem at all, if anything they provide grease for the AH to work properly and you would sorely miss them if they just disappeared and everything you wanted cost a fortune or your time to get.

Give us a box free server blizzard. People are sick of it.

Its 100% fair, you are blissfully lying to yourself and others.

The effect multiboxing is no different than multiple people.

Stop trying to misrepresent this, like so many others before you.

I have sometimes multibox herbed on 5 accounts.

I have sometimes herbed with 4 other family members. We’re all live chatting while doing it so we do things at the same time, and it’s much easier than boxing because you don’t have to keep getting toons back on follow after they’ve tripped on a twig, or cycle between them all yourself to pick the herb.

I’m still wondering, what difference does it make to the game or to any other payer, whether I do the former or the latter and how would they know the difference?

The funniest thing is forumers complaining that a player is getting rich this way and then saying they can’t afford to do it. So guys, which is it? A money maker or a money drainer?

Gotta love all the personal anecdotes the boxing knights throw around the forums like they’re actually verifiable. Oh you’ve never seen a boxer in your 10 year sub? Oh you only box on the weekends and play with your 9 family members on the weekdays? Oh you’ve got another link to the Tos? Oh you have proof that boxing is good for the server economy based on your masters degree in business?

Please spare us boxers, you’re ruining the game and paying for an obvious advantage. Your lies are just the cherry on top of this turd sandwich and really make you all look worse. Thank god there’s actually a company for you that places profits over in game experience. Makes all the sense in the world why you boxers get so adamant on the forums in defending your blatant paid for advantage. Wow is one of the only places that will accept your practices and abuse of paid for power.

The wailing and gnashing of teeth these boxers display only exposes their worry and doubt that blizzard will actually listen to their community and quarantine them on their own servers. And this right here is their biggest fear, that they wont have regular people to steamroll and might actually have to fight amongst themselves. After all, they box to feel like demigods in a virtual world, that right there speaks volumes about their character.

You don’t actually need to do that, you just bind Interact.

The only reason that I can think of why the devs allow it is that they have guildies who do it and supply all the flasks that they need for free.

Will that target the herb?

It’s how my wife did it I believe when she tried multiboxing for all of a week. It’s a pain in the butt.

But she definitely didn’t need to cycle windows.

It is. That’s why I much prefer doing it in my family group.

Isolating a small sub set of people to their own server…I feel…

Wouldn’t you be happier in multibotter land where you can multibot as much as you like? I don’t see what you will be angry about.
