its not insanity, its just immaturity
How does that matter if a full group clears a dungeon and both paid the same amount? By your logic would be unfair for a full group not multiboxed to clear a dungeon because they paid for the full group. It doesn’t make any sense.
Whether the group was formed by one person multiboxing or separate people the same amount of money was paid. The dungeon was cleared.
because its one player
yeah but when its one person paying for 5 accounts instead of grouping with 4 other players it becomes unfair
and? That doesn’t make any sense that it’s only unfair when it’s one person controlling the characters to clear the dungeon. If a group of players not multiboxed can achieve the same thing and pay the same amount.
i’m one player with multiple personality’s does that count? one personality per account
Oh stop calling it a “playstyle”. It is absurd as calling gold buying and being boosted a “playstyle”. It is lame pay to win garbage.
because its one person paying the $75 instead of each player paying $15. its a convenience and power increase only gained by grouping up or multiboxing.
when you allow multiboxing, in a theoretically unlimited timeline the meta becomes multiboxing and those that dont multibox would get looked down on the same way as players that dont farm their pre raid bis or play their optimal spec
Exactly so a group formed to clear a dungeon got a power increase by joining the group and all members of that group paid a total of $75 just as the multiboxer did. We’ve been through this already
right but its one dude paying the $75 not 5 dudes paying $15 each which is the problem. its unfair that he can simply not have to group up by paying more money than another person would normally pay
I’m sorry I don’t follow conspiracy theories. Your analogy is flawed because it doesn’t match how things are. Five players clearing a dungeon paid the same as the multiboxer did. $75. One player by them self cannot clear that dungeon.
hey dude which server would be more popular? a server that didnt allow multiboxing or a server that did?
No matter how you view or attempt to spin it, the group that can clear the dungeon paid the same as a multiboxer that can clear it. Both paid $75. Just because you don’t like the other play style doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be allowed. There are many that don’t like live streamers. Many that don’t like large PvP guilds. Many that don’t like people that don’t join guilds. Many that don’t like other players that don’t act like they do. Just because you don’t like them doesn’t mean they should be banned. That’s all you’ve done here is attempt to compare the wrong things in association with multiboxing and it hasn’t worked out for you.
The bottom line is that people that don’t ever want to multibox don’t have to attempt to provide false data in their argument. Your comparisons are flawed because you always want to go back to comparing the multiboxer to one person playing one account.
ok
ok
ok
what makes you think i dont like it? its unfair. it doesnt mean i dont like it.
my brain hurts from this double negative
big ole ECT for the rest of your reply cause honestly ugh
We’ve already gone through all that. You want me to link the response again? It will still be the same:
What would be more popular a server that didn’t allow live streamers or a server that did?
What would be more popular a server that didn’t allow guilds or a server that did?
What would be more popular a server that didn’t allow groups of players or a server that did?
What would be more popular a server that didn’t allow raids or a server that did?
Do you see? You would need to present the same question for all play styles, not just one to determine your answer.
I’ve provided only a small list off the top of my head. There are many ways to play the game, that’s what makes World of Warcraft the number 1 MMORPG today.
no we havent
there is no reason behind this other than you demanding it
There’s no reason for your question other than you demanding an answer. It was provided. You want to focus negatively on one play style and exclude out all of the others. That’s my point, you would need to show how all play styles are affected by the question in order to make a valid point.
You do know that World of Warcraft is the number 1 MMORPG today because of the many ways it can be played right? Multiboxing is one of those ways to play it.
