Maybe but what is your loss if more herbs are available than less herbs?
Maybe I just remember farming back in Vanilla, B.C. and Wrath. It wasn’t really that bad. I spent many hours farming herbs and traveling the same path over and over. This new way has to many negatives to go with the positive.

The only “negative” I get out of anyone is I can’t price gouge for my herbs anymore. They can still get their fair share of herbs by herbing.

Lets see, getting trained in a bg by 5 mage trolls all casting the same spell at the same time, while stanting on the same exact spot, thus confusing the other player… I believe that is Not how the game is supposed to go and has little of fair gameplay.
Yes its one player controlling 5 accounts, same as an Olympic runner still using his own legs to run… while doped.
You know my wife and I mowed down an 8 druid multiboxer team the other day. It was pretty fun!
How is 4x more for the same time investment a fair share?
Each account is equal and you have the same access that anyone else does.

Its a very gray area that which makes multiboxing unfair or fair. So i guess you can choose to see whatever side. But think, how would the game feel if every single soul multibox 10accs, now how it feels if no one does. This makes it clear to me which is not the right way to go.
This is actually false, in fact blizzard earns money because of the multi-boxers NOT the people who buy the tokens the multi-boxers use.
Because of the way IFRS works (international accounting standards) as well as legislation in many countries, the tokens blizzard sells are not the “product” they are effectively just a transferable online gift card that can then be redeemed for the product.
and just like any gift card, until it actually gets redeemed for something, the company cannot record that money as “profit” for that year.
From a financial standpoint, it doesn’t matter who pays for the token or when that the company gets to record the profit, its the person who SPENDS the token that earns them the money.
(for example, lets say you have a car and someone pays for your insurance one month, you are still the person generating profit for the insurance company, regardless of who actually paid the bill.)
It might sound a little bit backwards, but thats how the accounting and financial reporting works. the multi-boxers using however many tokens per month are the ones earning blizz the profit, the people buying the tokens are just the ones paying for it.

Botting is a problem.
Multiboxing is not a problem.

I’ve only grinded gold for my own personal benefit, this assumption that every individual that chooses to multibox as their playstyle does what you say is an outright lie.
I don’t mind opinions that differ from mine, but when you outright lie, then it renders the rest of what you say pointless.

nope, thats gold sellers you are talking about. not all multi-boxers are gold sellers. (and most gold sellers get their gold through account hacking or botting, NOT multi-boxxing, because MB is rather slow and inefficient by comparison)
again, those are service sellers, and they are very much against the TOS. not multi-boxers. Incidentally, those “Boosting services” are also one of the major ways they get the account info they need to later hack for gold to sell. its almost like its all part of the same scam system!
orrr… those are just people playing the auction house? heck i’ve only ever had 1 account and I regularly corner markets on my server to make a profit. thats just how the goblin game do sometimes.
I have never once seen this myself and I spend a LOT of time on the forums, the posts that get flagged are generally posts that a lot of people would legitimately disagree with.
botters and multiboxers are NOT the same thing. one is against TOS, the other is not.

Now that’s a flat out lie.
Because we all know that botters and multiboxers are the same thing.
But they are, they always were, and forever will be botters. Doesn’t matter if you using a manual input to make a command, whatever you using to repeat that command for every other account is automation and automation is botting.
Simple as that.
