Multi boxers create a negative rmt feedback loop

I’m guessing that you are a multiboxer who is all butthurt over losing your ability to multibox and cheat at the game. Because NOBODY likes multiboxers except for other multiboxers.

Go ahead, use your multiple accounts without the 3rd party keystroke software. Manually multibox to your heart’s content. Please, by all means do so.

Classy.

Except I’m not.

Multiboxing IS NOT DEAD. It was around BEFORE this software, and it will survive it being gone.

You’re acting like it’s been banned entirely.

IT HAS NOT.

So stop acting like “multiboxing has been banned” because that’s not even close to the truth.

AND YOU KNOW THIS.

I am!

I’m not! I’m looking forward to hardware boxxing

It’s not cheating

And people you’re ignoring who don’t multibox

I shall!

Ty for the permission bb, whenever someone messages me a dirty comment I’ll tell them I have the permission of Zemekkis of Whisperwind

I find it amusing people don’t know this. The most common software people think about came out in 2009 when people have been boxxing since vanilla

Well similar to Kaurmine, you can enjoy your new multiboxing reality of not being able to use a third-party cheat software. Enjoy your new multiboxing reality, I sincerely hope that you are able to adjust your play style and expectations.

According to Blizz:

Multiboxing, or playing multiple World of Warcraft accounts at once, is not a violation of our Terms of Use. Please note, however, that use of input broadcasting software may result in account penalties.

Only thing that changes is I’ll have a cool new setup with 5 PCs to show off

Right? When I tried it I did it back in early TBC.

Didn’t need software.

Thing is, multiboxing just wasn’t for me.

It’s actually not “cheat” software.

In all reality, it was being abused. People were running 20 and 30 accounts at a time and basically being destructive. I won’t deny that.

And honestly, Blizz didn’t even need to ban this software.

They could have just limited active clients to 5 and that would have curbed everything that people were complaining about.

Multiboxing wasn’t THE issue. Abusing it was THE issue. Banning the software wasn’t the right way to go to fix the problem.

what do you mean? My suggestion was :

and what they did is :

That was more directed towards the other commenter, I was wondering why you even linked that since I didn’t say that to you but I figured you shared the same sentiment as him

Dunno, someone replied to me talking about irony, you asked them, what’s the irony was, so I clarified it=)

All those topics talking about “ban multiboxers” meant exactly these guys running dozens of windows simultaniusly farming mobs\gathering herbs with them.
Not people that play several accounts, for whatever reasons, alt-tabbing betweeen them and controlling each of them individually, cause they are pretty much harmless.

Ah I see, that other guy I quoted seems to believe that Blizz is going to remove multiboxing altogether soon.

the word Multibox wasn’t even in what i quoted. “Sometimes rules can be changed, that is the point of topic” I’m sorry, never intended to stir the pot. But I do see Irony in that statement. I don’t even have anything against Multiboxers

I don’t feel like scrolling back up anymore :man_shrugging:

To outright cancel them though? Something like this should’ve been like a 3-6 month notice. To be far.
