Mtn Dew Hateforged Blazecycle SOLD OUT

They will either send out more codes for the bikes. Or they will fix the issue with chip codes. One or the other. Stop freaking out.

I dont mean its completely unrelated. Just a sub argument. I think these kinds of promo’s are clunky and often times disapoint a lot, but again, thats why i jumped on it early.

So you didn’t pay attention to screenshots or the ToS statements.

Let’s try again.

Notice the difference in wording:

I agree with you but I just came across the items myself and it was by luck as I was checking out. I cant be the only one.

Whooptie do. They will be back. I’d wager it did that because it was oversight the bike being able to sell out while hoodies can actually sell out. Stop freaking out. Dear Lord. Also terms say right in it they can add more of they want. Which they will want to do obviously.

I’d be mad at the scalpers. They’re the ones that frontloaded the promo and caused it to finish quickly while sitting on codes to sell on Ebay.

Let’s try again, straight from the fine print on the website:

You’re the only one freaking out in this conversation. Because I’m certainly not.

This happens more often than you’d think. There aren’t an infinite amount of digital codes.

They need to refresh the stock though fo sho.

So non-Americans aren’t the only ones getting jerked around with this promotion?

Our only hope is in this one sentence. Once any Reward is “out of stock” that Reward will no longer be available, unless restocked, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.

Because a digital item isn’t supposed to be able to sell out… Again. Oversight. It will be back promotion has lots of time left for them to fix it.

There’s no reason there can’t be, though.

I’d understand if it was like the other items that say they’ll get more on Monday. That would make sense. Need to generate more codes.

This is just straight up “NOPE.”

using(var db = new Connection(connectionString))
{
    string sql = "INSERT INTO dbo.promo_codes ";
    for(int i = 0; i < 100000; i++)
    {
         var code = generateFelcycleCode();
         sql += @$"VALUES (${code})\n";

   }
   db.Execute(sql)
}

Hire me blizzard.

And yet it has and the fine print says it will.

Thus why people are annoyed.

Maybe stop acting childish towards others and learn to comprehend what people are telling you next time.

The fine print also says this Once any Reward is “out of stock” that Reward will no longer be available, unless restocked, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Restocking of any specific Reward does not indicate that further restocking of any other Reward will occur. No guarantee but there is hope.

You always play the victim of course you think this is intentional. Nothing new here.

Childish? Your the one throwing a tissy twisting things to imply they stated you can’t get it back ever. They clearly said in terms can be refilled. Clearly physical items run out. Hence oversight. Cry all you want and call people whatever you want doesn’t change anything. Mistakes happen.

Thats like spending money on the McDonalds Monopoly game Promo with the sodas and being mad you didn’t win the free BigMac. Its a promo game no guarantee you win the prize? lol

Speculation: Metrics are showing that way more Doritos codes were redeemed than sales data shows were sold, so Pepsi pulled the plug until they decide whether to fix the problem or just drop the whole thing.

So if Amazon sends you the wrong item is that malicious? If they lose your package is that malicious? You are a joke
