Mtn Dew Hateforged Blazecycle SOLD OUT

Went into the Fine print site that Sanctified talked about. This was on there for the Monday release stuff.

A limited quantity of physical Rewards will be released each week during the Promotion Period.

The stuff that is limited that is physical gets new codes every monday. Digital doesn’t.

Also in case you didn’t know:

Points will remain in a Participant’s Account until they are redeemed for a Reward or until they expire, no later than Friday, February 28, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET

You only have your points into February the 28th.

I must be on ignore.

There are no more codes, according to the marketplace wording.

Right. As per the screenshot wording.

I mean… the promo is over on Jan 28th, so… I guess that doesn’t much matter.

And I’m betting the rest of the stuff will end up sold out before that anyway.

This was insanely stupid of them to do this promo.

See I just think this is really weak. You shouldn’t be punished for that and everyone that buys this product for a mount should receive that mount.

Yeah the Promo ending January and points expiring in Feb means you can’t save your points for the promo they will probably start in March or April for some other game.

I sent in an email to their support team, since I’m still missing an email for my Violet Tabard. I have this feeling that by the time they get back to me, they’ll be like, “It’s sold out now. Too bad, so sad.”

I didnt really see them too. I got lucky at 7-11. All my other stores didnt have it, and i live in a high pop area on long island.

Seems like people are understanding its limited now.

Hopefully they put the purple one on their so people can still get one.

Meh it’ll end up recolored on the Trading Post or whatever and there’s the secret event Fel version.

But that’s just it… it shouldn’t be limited. It’s just a digital code. Blizz can crank out more of those.

yup, sold out. Sigh

Trolli didn’t need specific items. You just grab any trolli product and take a picture.

Mountain Dew is the same, technically. Some of their regular items give points, it’s just more expensive if you aren’t getting the actual promotional products because you get less points.

I just found the code items last night after work in my area.

Thats a different argument about artificially scarcity.

It is a reality in gaming these days. Nintendo did it with one of their mario games. Its weird, but it does artificially increase the value of the item.

If nobody wanted it, artificial scarcity wouldn’t matter, but people like the bike.

I just finally got my codes to buy the mountain, so sad It is sold out. I wish there is something that can be done about this!! also, I discovered there are so many of the bike on sale at ebay, That’s a slap in the face

That’s fine and true but people are wasting there money because they don’t promote the product as a limited product and just let them buy and find out.

So found something else in the program terms:
" Once any Reward is “out of stock” that Reward will no longer be available, unless restocked, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Restocking of any specific Reward does not indicate that further restocking of any other Reward will occur. No exchanges, returns or refunds on any Rewards are permitted for any reason. Sponsor may, in its discretion, add new merchandise for redemption during the Promotion Period."

So Blizzard can restock the out of stock digital products, but it is up to Blizzard to do so. Perhaps posts like this will help get blizzard to add more codes.

Maybe the have them listed as sold out because people were scanning bags of chips without purchase screwing people over who bought the bags later on? Give them some time dear Lord the freaking out going on when there’s tons of time left for the promotion.

It really isn’t. It’s the issue with this promo. And that’s just really bad promo design.

I also just disappointed a bunch of out of country friends and guildies, because we were gathering up a list of who wants what and now… bike is gone. By the time we get the funds together for the other stuff, that’ll probably be gone, too. And I still don’t have an email for one of the items I redeemed. So that’s always up in the air, as well.

Time for what? Did you look at the screenshots of the wording and read the posts on how this works?
